You can contact the Australian Visa Office by email only at [email protected]. You will receive an automated response when you send us an email. Please read this carefully. If your enquiry is answered by the information in the automated response, you will not receive another reply.
We do not respond to status-related enquiries for applications that fall within the published processing times. You should wait until after the processing time has elapsed before contacting us. If you lodged your application online, you can monitor the status of your application through ImmiAccount.
Please contact us via email on [email protected] only if your application is outside our published processing times or your application is urgent, if there are exceptional, compelling or compassionate circumstances that would warrant the grant of a visa sooner than our advertised processing time. Please note not all urgent requests can be accommodated.

Please do not call the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in the Australian Embassy in Lebanon for visa related enquiries as they are a separate office, are not responsible for visas and cannot transfer your call.

You should lodge a complete application at the time of lodgement however either online via ImmiAccount or when submitting a paper application to the Australian Visa Application Centre, if you have additional documents to add to your application you can send these to us:
Upload them via ImmiAccount If you have lodged online, you can submit (upload) supporting documents online via your ImmiAccount. To attach documents to your visa application, please login to your ImmiAccount, find the application details page and click on the ‘Attach Document button’ on the right hand side of the screen. The maximum size for each file you attach is 5MB
